Background

Aynsley knew from the beginning that at some point in time he would become a company advisor. His biggest challenge lies in helping people to achieve better results from their daily activities. He has worked in several industries and commercial positions, from an executing position to the management level. He also worked in the US for over a year, for a large IT provider. Aynsley has been asked regularly by investors to help their companies to grow and expand. Even before joining the Sales Improvement Group as a Sales Improver, he successfully implemented several sales organization improvements. As a mentor for the Young Entrepreneurs, Aynsley helps students in starting up their own companies. His customers appreciate him for his input, sharp analysis and positive confrontations.

Ambition

I am daily active with optimizing and elevating companies as well as people. Creates synergies between strategic ideas and their practical execution. I aim for achieving an optimal functioning sales department with a vision and a strategy by setting up a practically oriented plan and creating efficient sales processes. Facilitating the people with the right tools. Because after all: they have to do it!
