He has worked in several industries and commercial positions, from an executing position to the management level. He also worked in the US for over a year, for a large IT provider. Aynsley has been asked regularly by investors to help their companies to grow and expand. Even before joining the Sales Improvement Group as a Sales Improver, he successfully implemented several sales organization improvements. As a mentor for the Young Entrepreneurs, Aynsley helps students in starting up their own companies. His customers appreciate him for his input, sharp analysis and positive confrontations.
