During his study Dutch Law Han-Jorrit already knew that he preferred a management career in commerce over a law career. He is fascinated by the dynamics between marketing, sales and production logistics, and has an interest in developing and coaching people. He worked in various industries in different commercial functions, from Executive to Board level. He worked in the Netherlands, Hungary, Germany and Switzerland for a large FMCG multinational and as an entrepreneur he built up a business in ice cream. The last few years, he was active as an Executive Searcher, Coach and Management Consultant. Han-Jorrit has a good feel for sensitivities within organizations, quickly creates confidence and is able to connect people. Because of his broad national and international experience, he is able to quickly and accurately analyze sales processes leading to increased efficiency.
