Ben started as a technical sales rep, and eventually ended up in relation sales. He has experience in all commercial positions, and in direct and indirect management of a sales team. Ben understands both the salesman and the sales manager and is familiar with the pressure of targets, as well as the need for market information. His experience ranges from telephone acquisition up to key account management for global corporations, especially in the market of capital assets. His goal is always to have his team benefit from his experience, and to improve their performance.
When I was in sales I was always looking for ways to improve and to be more efficient. As a manager I did not only apply that to myself, but also to my team. Achieving more as a team is a fantastic experience, which I have passed on to my teams. Almost everybody is able to take responsibility, or ownership, no matter what your personality is. My ambition now is to challenge sales professionals to get better results from their work.
