Dirk-Jan worked in all areas of sales. Prior to his career in sales, Dirk-Jan had a career in accountancy and IT Audit. This allows him to make a connection from the advantages of the services for the customer, but also to use this knowledge for coaching and training purposes. During his various management functions he always had much attention for the personal development of his employees. His excitement is contagious.
