Sander Koopsen


Background

After building up his own company and network for 16 years, Sander consciously chose Sales Improvement Group. Here, Sander and his colleagues can work for customers with known issues, where sales, sales management and customer focus are important themes. Sander is open, accessible and focused on further development. In addition to the MDS and HEAO Business Economics, Sander studied Business Sciences at Radboud University Nijmegen. After his studies, Sander worked at a printing company as a sales (manager), later also as a manager, where he experienced a merger up close. Sander gets the most energy from meetings, sales, collaboration and projects. Sander is a group person and together with others he likes to give his energy to determine objectives and then achieve them. Building something together is what really makes Sander happy.

Ambition

Agreeing on the direction and design together in an organization is very interesting. Then using my experience and knowledge to permanently improve sales and sales management is what I really want to do for a long time. I am not easily discouraged and will do everything I can to make something work. On my own I often set the bar too high, but partly due to my experience and the people around me, it is often smart to set the bar at a collective level. Then you have to have fun with it, but isn't that the case with everything in life? Striving for growth or perfection is different for everyone. I would like to decide together with you where we will go!
