For more than 25 years, he has held sales-related roles at smaller sales organizations and also has years of experience at large global ICT companies. His international experience also helps him through his knowledge of different organizational structures and cultures. This enables him to translate complex commercial challenges into pragmatic solutions with the desired result. He has experience in both setting up new business and teams and expanding the business with existing customers. Wouter Jan is honest and a people person, always looking for the question behind the question.
