As a sales trainer, I prefer to get the best result out of people, by encouraging everyone's specific personal qualities. It is important to deal with this in a positive way with the participants. For that reason they have to have the courage to be vulnerable and able to grow in both knowledge and skills. My motto: "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" doesn't apply just to me. I like to transfer this to my participants. This enables them to make a successful start in the sales business.
